Our tracked packages and lettermail are sent via Canada Post. Occasionally we send packages via UPS to the USA. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we do process orders quickly, normally within one day. Delays you may experience are caused by Canada Post or USPS. We assume if you order on a tight timeline you understand the risk is yours. Tracked parcel delivery standards for Canada Post are 1-2 business days locally, 2-4 regionally, and 2-8 nationally. The further you are from a major centre the longer it will take, and these times may be affected by heavy volume.
Curbside pickup is available for GTA locals, and fast delivery is available in downtown Toronto through Mile1 or Dlvvr - please scroll down below the shipping rate table to learn about these options.

Local pickup orders are filled the same day, normally within a couple of hours. Orders that come in overnight or in the early morning will be filled by early afternoon. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Please make sure to bring your order number with you as this is what we use to locate your goods. Please check our contact page for our current hours.
*If you use ShopPay or PayPal Express (accelerated checkout options that send you a 6-digit code) it may bypass this step or even override your selection, so please make sure you select the correct option before you complete your order.
Orders that contain only greeting cards (not boxed cards) ship via lettermail. This also applies to single stickers. The charge is $1 for orders under $10, and FREE for orders over $10. Note that lettermail orders have no tracking. If a greeting card order meets the free shipping threshold for your zone, we will automatically ship it with tracking. We are not responsible for your cards arriving on time. Keep in mind that lettermail can take 2-3 business days locally and 4-8 nationally in normal times, and heavy volume may make it slower.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 60 days of the ship date with the exceptional of seasonal products, which may not be returned after their related occasion (Christmas cards & decorations, etc). subject to the following conditions:
Products must be in original condition, unused and with manufacturers tags still attached. Returns must be packed properly & securely for shipping (for example, in the packaging we sent it in). Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us prior to making a return, so we know to expect it, and please provide us with the tracking number if it's a trackable item.
If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost or issue a refund.
Trackable orders are insured by Canada Post.
We do want to make you happy, although we also want to protect ourselves from the bad people. If you feel an exception to our policy should be made for you, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or limit quantities. If you make a low value order to be shipped across the country, chances are we will cancel it because the actual shipping cost is much higher than what we charge you. In the event that we choose to cancel your order you will be given a full refund.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Ditto if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in a timely fashion. A surprising number of those emails go to spam.
