Note: This is Canada Post’s delivery time from when they receive the package, so please allow for our processing time as described below. Also, these times are between major centres, so if you are in the boonies it may take a little longer.

Orders received Monday through Thursday will ship out within 24 hours. Orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on statutory holidays will be shipped the next business day. Normally, we are so excited to get your orders that we pack them up and get them to the post office within a couple of hours of receiving them, but please allow for processing time just to be safe.

We are currently shipping only within Canada, via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel Service. Shipping charges are as follows, and are based on the subtotal in your cart.  These rates may change, as may other aspects of our shipping practices, so please check back regularly.

  • under $50.00 = $7.50
  • over $50.00 = free

Orders are shipped from Toronto.

Please note that in Canada, the law requires that tax is charged on shipping.

In store pickup – no shipping cost!

This is a great option if you are close by and kind of anti-social. You don’t have to deal with the crowds (and you know how crowded it gets in here).

Please give us 24 hours to process your order. If you need it faster let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you haven’t picked up your order in 14 days, and we haven’t heard from you, we will release it back into the wild and refund your money.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of the ship date, subject to the following conditions:

  • they must be accompanied by your receipt
  • they must be in original condition, unused and with manufacturers tags still attached
  • shipping costs are not refundable
  • they must be packed properly for shipping (for example, in the packaging we sent it in!)

If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost.
