Shipping

We offer flat rate and free shipping options! Please see below for details for your location. We use a variety of carriers for tracked packages - please keep in mind that estimated shipping times do not include waiting for carriers to pick up packages from our store (this can take a couple of business days). We offer inexpensive or free shipping on greeting cards shipped via letter mail (see below for details).

In store pickup is available for GTA locals, and fast delivery is available locally through Trexity - please scroll down below the shipping rate table to learn about this option.

Local Pickup

You'll see the option to select 'pickup' instead of 'ship' as the first step when checking out.* 

Local pickup orders are filled the same day, normally within a couple of hours. Orders that come in overnight or in the early morning will be filled by early afternoon. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Please make sure to bring your order number with you as this is what we use to locate your goods. Please check our contact page for our current hours.

Local Delivery With Trexity

We're partnered with local courier service Trexity. If you're in their delivery area, the option will be available during checkout. Rates are based on distance from the store. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm, including weekends. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day.

Greeting Cards

Orders that contain only greeting cards (not boxed cards) ship via letter mail. This also applies to single stickers and patches! The charge is $1 for orders under $10, and FREE for orders over $10. If a greeting card order meets the free shipping threshold for your zone, we will automatically ship it with tracking. Please note that we are not responsible for your cards arriving on time and letter mail cannot be tracked - give yourself extra time to avoid disappointment.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 60 days of the ship date with the exception of seasonal products, which may not be returned after their related occasion (Christmas cards & decorations, etc). subject to the following conditions:

Products must be in original condition, unused and with manufacturers tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refundable and we do not offer free returns. Please contact us prior to making a return, so we know to expect it, and please provide us with the tracking number if it's a trackable item.

If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost or issue a refund.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or limit quantities. If you make a low value order to be shipped across the country, we may cancel it if the actual shipping cost is much higher than the flat rate we charge. In the event that we choose to cancel your order you will be given a full refund.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Ditto if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in a timely fashion. A surprising number of those emails go to spam.
