Canada Post is still experiencing very high volumes and they are working with reduced staffdue to social distancing. They are not guaranteeing delivery times – the delivery date you see when you track your package may not be accurate. We are finding that things are much better than they were a couple of months ago. Most packages are experiencing delays of only a day or two. But there have been a few notable exceptions. We hope your package won’t be one of them!

As for untracked lettermail, which you will see as a shipping option if you are ordering only greeting cards or stickers, it is also much better than it was during the height of the pandemic. But please be prepared for delays if you choose this option, and understand that we have no control over your order once it’s in the mail.In either case (tracked or untracked) we will ship your order out within one business day of receiving it.

Mile1 is available to people in downtown Toronto. With Mile1, you can schedule your delivery within a one hour window, and they even deliver on evenings and weekends! This option will appear when you check out if you are in the geographical area they cover. Because we are currently closed on Sundays, Mile1 orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Curbside pickup is available during the hours the store is open: Monday – Thursday 12-6pm, Friday & Saturday 12-7pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and you can come by any time during those hours. We process these orders quickly – same day is usually available if you order by mid-afternoon. Please have your order number handy when you come to visit us.
