The dreidel is a small four-sided spinning top with a Hebrew letter on each side: Nun (miracle), Gimel (great), Hay (happened) and Shin (there) which together form the acronym Nes Gadol Hayah Sham (a great miracle happened there). Families play dreidel for chocolate gelt during Hanukkah.

Old World Christmas glass Christmas decorations are made using techniques that originated in the 1800s. Molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds before a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside. The ornaments are then hand-painted and glittered in a series of labor-intensive steps to achieve the beautiful results.
